WHAT IS FORGIVENESS ?
Forgiveness is the act of letting go of resentment, anger, or any negative feelings towards someone who has wronged or hurt you. It involves releasing the desire for revenge, and instead choosing to extend compassion, understanding, and grace towards the offender. Forgiveness does not necessarily mean forgetting what happened or excusing the offender's actions, but rather, it is a conscious decision to move forward without holding onto negative emotions or seeking revenge. It is a process that can lead to inner peace, emotional healing, and improved relationships. Forgiveness can be a powerful tool for personal growth, interpersonal healing, and building a more compassionate and understanding world.

Story Time:
One powerful example of the transformative power of forgiveness can be seen in the story of a woman named Meera. Meera had a troubled childhood, and she carried the pain and anger from her past into her adulthood. She had trouble forgiving those who had wronged her and was often filled with resentment and bitterness.
One day, Meera met a wise spiritual teacher who taught her about the importance of forgiveness. The teacher explained that holding onto anger and resentment only hurt her and kept her stuck in the past. He encouraged Meera to let go of her negative emotions and to extend compassion and understanding to those who had wronged her.
At first, Meera was skeptical, but she decided to give it a try. She began to practice forgiveness, and she was amazed at how much lighter and freer she felt. Her anger and resentment melted away, and she was filled with a sense of peace and happiness that she had never experienced before.
Meera's transformation inspired others in her life, and she went on to become a teacher herself, helping others to heal and transform through the power of forgiveness. She realized that forgiving others was not about condoning their actions, but about freeing herself from the negative emotions that were holding her back.
"Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it."
- Mark Twain.
This quote beautifully captures the idea that forgiveness has the power to heal and transform, even in the face of great pain and hurt. By choosing to forgive, we release ourselves from the burden of anger and resentment, and instead, spread compassion, understanding, and peace.
Someone has said that "Ignorance is bliss", but I would like to tell you that bliss comes through forgiveness is beyond comparison to any other quality you can have.
SAY IT THRICE WITH YOUR HEART AND MIND - " I FORGIVE EVERYONE, AS I WANT FORGIVENESS FROM GOD FOR MY WRONG DEEDS AS WELL "
Attention: Forgive me if somehow I fail to convey my message of forgiveness to you and let me know how I can improve my mistake :) . Don't forget to share this post to the world as world to become peaceful one man or woman's effort to forgiveness will not be enough.
